About.

Dr. Reisner has been practicing physical therapy for over 15 years with the mission to empower women through their pelvic and full-body health journeys. After experiencing her own challenges with pelvic floor pain, dysfunction, and other issues that were too often dismissed as inevitable parts of womanhood, Dr. Reisner became determined to provide the care and support that women truly deserve.

As a mother and a woman who has navigated the complexities of physical recovery and pain, Dr. Reisner understands firsthand how frustrating it can be to be told that discomfort, leakage, or pelvic pain is something to "just live with." Women deserve more. They deserve answers, compassionate care, and real solutions that help them regain control over their bodies.

Dr. Reisner is here to help women manage their pelvic health and full-body wellness through tailored physical therapy, movement guidance, and hands-on manual therapy. Whether you’re managing pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or chronic conditions, our goal is to help you reduce discomfort, prevent injury, and feel strong in your body again. We are committed to taking the time to connect with you, understanding your unique story, and providing you with thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Our clinic offers a holistic and inclusive environment where every woman can make informed decisions about her health, find relief from pain, and restore her body’s natural strength. We are so excited to support the Westchester community, offering women the guidance and resources they need to thrive throughout every phase of life.

Our Mission:

Empowering women and men to take charge of their pelvic and full-body health through education, therapeutic exercise, and personalized treatment plans. We are here to provide real answers, actionable solutions, and compassionate support every step of the way.
